Not only is their drinks good but their staff is amazing! I broke down at the baseball fields next door and I called to see if an employee could meet me at the fence with 2 gallons of water and they did! Super great!

First time I visited this place and I loved it. We need more like it. To have choice of tea. To have choice (lots) of unsweetened tea is even better. Kudos

Me and my roommate love this place. We go almost everyday! However, we just came in today at 7:35pm and the employees were extremely rude. It was her birthday today and they didn’t even let us use our phone numbers for rewards. Very disappointed with how we were treated today.

Today I visited HTeaO and normally have wonderful experiences. We come often to have our water gallons refilled. Today our interaction was with Jake. We came in and we asked for our normal water refill and he lifted our clean gallons and looked at them as if something was wrong then proceeded to inform us that he will fill them this time but that they do no fill those types of water gallons. They were literally water gallon jugs. We have never had an issue and even confirmed before we started bringing our gallons and the only ones they don’t refill are glass jugs. We would love to continue to be able to bring our jugs but would also like confirmation what is allowed.

Came here for the first time with my wife and friends. We went into the shop and it was almost like a gas station, but surrounded with a bunch of tea beverage dispensers along with goodies and merchandise. They also sell other drinks off at the register from their LED menu. I ordered the Texas Chai and the Horchata coffee. Both were delicious. There are so many different varieties of tea flavors with creative names that you don't really know what you want. It's a great thing they provide sample cups for you to try them out. The Georgia Sweet Tea and Texas Chai were my favorites. They also sell tea by the gallon jugs oooor the 5 gallons jugs! My small cup was less than $1.60. Overall, definitely worth it. The staff are super friendly and fast. The parking is a little small and the drive thru is weirdly designed. No areas to chill at so don't expect to be hanging out unless it's at your vehicles.
